We work hard to show products and prices accurately. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the choice of a corrected price or a full refund.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email or SMS. We accept online card payments and Cash on Delivery across the UAE.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Please provide a complete, correct address and reachable phone number — failed deliveries due to wrong details may incur re-delivery charges.
Returns

Acceptable use
