We currently serve customers within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability depends on the shipping address and the service coverage available for that location.

2. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charge is AED 15 per order, where the standard shipping option is available. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch after they are placed. Processing may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or when additional order verification is required.

We will provide order updates through the contact details supplied at checkout where available.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates, where provided, are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer should be treated as the applicable estimate for that order.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available where offered as a payment option at checkout. Customers should provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number and be prepared to pay the order amount when the order is delivered.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where permitted by law.
